About us

High Pressure Aluminium Die Casting Foundry was established in the early 2012, and it specializes in manufacturing of complex pressure castings of aluminium alloys and CNC machining of outdoor light fixtures as well as parts for automotive industry and others.

We have modernly equipped tool room department, where we make high pressure moulds, trimming dies and clamping tools, as well as we provide maintenance and repair die-casting moulds used by our foundry.

Deliveries may include from rough through pre machined to advanced CNC machined casts.

The modern machining park allows us to control casting processes on every stage, which allows us to obtain castings of the highest quality, and guarantees full satisfaction of our customers. The advantage of our company is a team of experienced designers, engineers and highly skilled operators on production positions.

Pressure Casting

Our Foundry specializes in manufacturing of aluminium alloy pressure castings. Norlys S.A. has a modern machining park which includes:

CNC machining

CNC machining – machining using the modern 4 axis CNC mills, equipped with hydraulic clamping system, which allows to perform high-quality machined surfaces of complex castings. The washing process of machined parts – washing and vacuum drying is carried out in an automated washing machine, which allows removing all impurities such as oils, machining emulsions, and loose chips, from parts of complicated shapes.

Tool Room Department

Norlys has a modernly equipped tool room department, where we make high pressure moulds, trimming dies and clamping tools. We perform regular maintenance and repair work on all the high pressure die casting moulds used by our foundry.

Since 2003, the foundry, cnc and tool department has possessed ISO 9001, which confirms our commitment to the highest quality products.

Since 2018 the foundry and mechanical processing has possessed IATF 16949 certificate. This certificate confirms that our products are made to the highest world standards – standards used in the automotive industry.

In connection with the entry into force of the new Personal Data Protection Regulation (RODO) on 25 May 2018, Norlys Sp. z o. o. represented by Mr. Leszek Kordek, President of the Board, introduces significant changes in the privacy policy, which are intended to ensure security of all the data processed.

Acting on behalf Norlys Sp. z o. o., pursuant Article 6 section 1 subsection a) Regulations of the European Parliament and the UE Council 2016/679 from 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to processing of personal data and on free flow of such data and revocation of Directive 95/46/EU (hereinafter referred to as " Personal Data Protection Regulation”), we are asking you to give your consent to processing by Norlys S.A. of your personal data for the purpose of concluding and implementing sales contracts for the products and services offered by Norlys S.A., and as well as marketing purposes of Norlys S.A. /DIE CASTING FOUNDRY/

Norlys S.A. as the administrator of your personal data, informs

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Norlys S.A. with the registered office in Nowy Sącz 33-300, ul. Zawiszy Czarnego 7, entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Cracow, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000014122, NIP: 7340019367, Regon: 49039980.
  2. Norlys S.A. is processing your personal data to carry out with you all activities aimed at the implementation of contracts for one or more services, products offered by Norlys S.A., statistical and archival purposes in order to deliver the products to you properly through courier and forwarding companies as well as to collect possible debt and pursue claims before the Courts.
  3. Norlys Sp. z o.o is processing your personal data for the duration of business talks, for the duration of the contract or services in which Norlys S.A. is obliged to store sales documents in accordance with Art. 86 § 1 in conjunction with Article 70 § 1 of the Act of 29 August 1997 Tax Code, (i.e. Dz. U. of 2017 item 201, as revised). After the above-mentioned time periods, your data will be anonymized by Norlys Sp. z o.o and stored (processed) for statistical purposes only.

The Company will store your data for marketing purposes of own products and services (consisting in sending information about new products or services and promotions, commercial and promotional events of the Company, among the others). Your personal data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the goal for which they are processed:

  • purchase of products /services from Norlys S.A.
  • marketing activities until receiving an objection or requesting deletion of the data.
  1. Norlys S.A. processes the following data:
    data for invoicing, i.e. NIP, address of company registered office, name of company, data for issuing a receipt, i.e. full name of the person or persons acting on your behalf, phone number and official e-mail address, as well as other data necessary for correct delivery of products to the given address.
  2. Data held by Norlys S.A. are collected from persons who are concerned, from you or your authorized employees, representatives, as well as from public, accessible websites and registers.
  3. Cookie policy – as part of our website, two basic types of cookies are used: “session” cookies and “persistent cookies”. Session cookies are temporary cookies, which are stored in the User’s final device until logging out, leaving a webpage or closing a software (web browser). Persistent cookies files are stored in the User’s final device for a period of time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until the time of their deletion by the User.

The cookies files are used for the purpose of:

  • adapting of the content of websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the Website User and properly display the website, adapted to his or her individual needs,
  • creating statistics that help to understand how the Website Users use the websites, which allows for improving their structure and content,

The administrator, Norlys S.A., is the entity placing cookie files on the final device of the Website User and obtaining an access to them.

In connection with processing your data by Norlys Sp. z o. o., you can obtain information on how and to what extent we process your data, you have the right to check them and request their correction (if they have been written incorrectly or if they have changed). In addition, you have the right to request a restriction of the data processing (if you want Norlys Sp. z o.o to process your data only to a limited extent), to review them or request their correction, the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. Withdrawal of the consent to data processing has no impact on the compliance with the right of processing your data by Norlys Sp. z o. o. on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal. In the absence of consent for the processing of personal data, further processing by Norlys S.A. of your data for statistical purposes is not recognized as inconsistent with the original purposes under Article 89 par. 1 of the Personal Data Protection Regulations and therefore it is legally permitted. Norlys Sp. z o.o will simultaneously implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the rights of the persons concerned.
